ANN ARBOR, Mich. — Like a man possessed Payton Pritchard took over in the final 10 minutes to will No. 10 Oregon to a road overtime win over No. 5 Michigan.
Pritchard scored 23 points, including 15 of the last 17 for the Ducks, who outlasted the Wolverines 71-70 in overtime at the sold out Crisler Center Saturday afternoon.
Anthony Mathis had 19 points for Oregon (8-2), which nearly won it on a buzzer beater by Mathis at the end of regulation but the graduate transfer didn’t get the shot off before time expired.
